Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 September 2026 · Operated by inciStudio LLC
This policy covers two apps developed by inciStudio LLC ("we"): Antrio, the training app for athletes, and Antrio Coach, the app coaches use to work with their clients. It explains what data the apps collect, where it is stored, and what you can do about it. The short version: your data exists to power your own training or coaching, we never sell it, and you can delete everything yourself from inside the app.
What we collect and store
In Antrio, all data below is stored on our backend (Supabase, EU region) and linked to your account until you delete it or delete your account. What Antrio Coach stores is described in its own section below.
| Category | Examples | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Account | Email address, display name, sign-in identity (email/password, Google, or Apple) | Sign-in, account identity |
| Profile | Details you choose to provide — goal, experience, training days, birth year, sex, daily calorie, macro, water and sleep targets — plus language, units and time zone | Personalized goals, reminders at the right local time |
| Training | Workouts, sets, weights, reps, personal records, how a workout felt, training plans and routines | Your training history, progress reports |
| Nutrition & hydration | Food entries (calories and macros), water entries, supplement stack and intake, nutrition plans | Daily tracking features |
| Body & sleep | Body weight and measurements, nightly sleep hours — including sleep hours imported from Apple Health (see below) | Trend tracking |
| Progress photos | Photos you take in the Progress section | Stored on our servers in a private bucket, visible only to you and — only if you explicitly enable sharing — your coach. Kept until you delete them or delete your account. |
| Chat | Messages with your coach and with the AI coach, including photos sent in chat | Coaching communication. Chat photos are stored on our servers until the message or account is deleted. If a message is reported, a copy of it is kept with the report for safety review. |
| Food scans | Photos you choose to scan, or a short text description of what you ate | AI calorie estimation only; processed and not stored on our servers |
| Usage & diagnostics | Feature usage events, crash reports | Improving the app (see Analytics below) |
| Purchases | Subscription status | Unlocking paid features (via RevenueCat / App Store) |
| Push token | Your device's push notification token | Delivering notifications. Deleted from the server when you sign out; all tokens are permanently deleted with your account. |
Apple Health
Antrio's Apple Health integration is optional. Antrio asks for permission only when you use a related feature, and you can allow or deny each data type separately. On Android, the same features use Health Connect with the equivalent permissions.
- What Antrio reads: sleep analysis, daily step count, workouts recorded by other apps and devices (type, time, distance and energy), and your most recent body weight. During a live workout on Apple Watch, the Watch app also reads heart rate and active energy to show them on the watch.
- What Antrio writes: when you finish a workout, Antrio saves it to Apple Health as a strength training workout (start and end time) so it counts toward your Activity rings. If you run the workout live on Apple Watch, the Watch app saves it together with the heart rate and active energy it recorded.
- What reaches our servers: only your nightly sleep duration (hours per night), stored with your body metrics, and a body weight from Apple Health only if you save it — Antrio suggests it in the weight entry and nothing is stored until you confirm. Sleep stages, steps, workouts from other apps, heart rate and active energy stay on your device and are never sent to our servers.
Health data is used only to provide app features (sleep, activity and body tracking, reports). Stored sleep hours and weight are visible to your coach only while body measurement sharing is on, and are sent to the AI coach only with your explicit consent (see below). Health data is never used for advertising, marketing or data mining, is never sold, and is never shared with advertisers or data brokers. You can change or revoke access at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.
AI features (Anthropic)
- AI food scan: when you scan a meal or describe it in text, the photo or text is sent to Anthropic (the provider of the Claude model) to estimate calories and macros. It is processed and not stored on our servers.
- AI coach: the AI coach only works after you give explicit consent in the app (Chat → AI coach, or Profile → Privacy). When enabled, the following is sent to Anthropic to generate replies, post-workout comments and weekly summaries: your recent messages in the AI coach chat, your name and profile (including goals, birth year and sex), your latest body measurements and sleep, your active training plan, the last 30 days of workouts, the last 7 days of food and water logs, and your nutrition plan. Your sharing settings also apply here: if you turn off body measurement, nutrition or water sharing, that data is not sent. You can withdraw consent at any time in Profile → Privacy; the AI coach then stops receiving data and stops replying, including weekly reports.
AI data is used only to generate responses — never for advertising, and never to train models.
Sharing with a coach
If you connect with a coach, you control what they see. While the coaching relationship is active, your coach can see your profile details (listed above) and your workouts, including sets, weights and how a workout felt. Nutrition, water, supplement and body measurement (including sleep) sharing can each be turned off in Profile → Privacy; progress photo sharing is off by default. Turning a toggle off blocks access at the database level immediately. When you or your coach end the relationship, the coach's access to your data ends.
Antrio Coach
Antrio Coach is our app for coaches. It uses the same backend (Supabase, EU region) and the same service providers. If you use Antrio Coach, we store and process:
- Account: email address, display name and sign-in identity (email/password, Google, or Apple).
- Coaching data: invitations and invite codes you create, your client list, the programs, workouts, nutrition plans and supplement suggestions you create or assign, appointments and calendar events, and private notes about clients (visible only to you).
- Chat: messages and photos you exchange with clients. Chat photos are stored on our servers in a private bucket until the message or account is deleted. With your permission, Antrio Coach uses the camera and photo library only so you can send photos in chat.
- Subscription: your Antrio Coach subscription status, via RevenueCat and the App Store. We never see your payment details.
- Push token to deliver notifications, such as new messages and alerts about your clients.
- Usage analytics via PostHog, as described under Analytics below. Crash reports via Sentry, as described below.
Client data a coach can see. A coach sees data only for clients who have accepted their invitation, and only while the coaching relationship is active. The client decides what is shared, as described in "Sharing with a coach" above: workouts and profile details are visible; nutrition, water, supplements and body measurements (including sleep) only while the client keeps each sharing toggle on; progress photos only if the client turns photo sharing on. These rules are enforced by the database, not only by the app. Antrio Coach does not access Apple Health and has no AI features.
Analytics and diagnostics
- PostHog (product analytics, EU region; Antrio and Antrio Coach): usage events and basic device information (such as device model, OS version and app version), linked to your random account ID, used to improve the apps. Your email and name are never sent. In both apps you can turn this off in Profile → Privacy → Usage analytics.
- Sentry (crash reporting, EU region; Antrio and Antrio Coach): crash and performance data, not linked to your identity. You can turn this off in Profile → Privacy → Crash reports.
The apps do not request access to your device's location, and IP-based location lookup is turned off in analytics. No cross-app tracking; no IDFA; no data is sold or shared with advertisers.
Service providers
Supabase (database, authentication, storage), Anthropic (AI processing, as described above), RevenueCat and Apple (subscriptions — we never see your payment details), Apple/Google (sign-in, push notifications), PostHog (analytics), Sentry (crash reporting). These providers process data solely on our behalf.
Sign in with Apple / Google
If you sign in with Apple or Google we receive your email (or Apple's private relay address) and name only, to create your account.
Notifications
With your permission we send push notifications — in Antrio, for example new messages, plans from your coach and AI coach replies; in Antrio Coach, new messages and alerts about your clients — and, in Antrio, local reminders you configure. You can disable them anytime in iOS Settings or in the app.
Deletion and your rights
You can delete your account in either app (Profile → Account → Delete account). This permanently deletes your account, all data listed above, chat media, and progress photos from our servers, and — if you signed in with Apple — revokes the Sign in with Apple authorization. Deleting an Antrio Coach account also ends all of your coaching relationships and deletes the programs and plans you created, your notes, appointments and chats with clients; workouts your clients have already logged stay in their own accounts. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. Step-by-step instructions: antrio.app/delete-account.
In Antrio you can also download a copy of your data (Profile → Privacy → Download my data). Users of either app can request deletion or a copy of their data by email. Depending on your location (including under GDPR and KVKK) you may have rights to access, correct, export, or erase your data. Contact us and we will help.
Children
Antrio and Antrio Coach are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy we will update this page and note it in the app.
